Terms & Conditions — Please Read
Your Responsibility as Indemnitor
By signing this contract, you (the "Indemnitor") agree to indemnify and hold harmless AA Aarons Bail Bonds against any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of executing the bail bond on behalf of the defendant named in this form.
If the Defendant Fails to Appear
If the defendant fails to appear in court as required, you will be responsible for the full bond amount, plus any recovery costs, attorney fees, and related expenses incurred by AA Aarons Bail Bonds.
Your Duty to Notify Us
You agree to notify AA Aarons Bail Bonds immediately of any change in the defendant's address, employment, or any information that may affect their ability to appear in court.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments — including the premium fee, administration fee, and card processing fees — are non-refundable once the bond has been executed. The premium charged is earned upon execution and is not subject to refund regardless of case outcome.
AA Aarons Bail Bonds may collect collateral up to the full amount of the bond to secure payment to the court in the event of a bond forfeiture. Collateral is held for the duration of the case to guarantee the defendant's appearance at all required court hearings through final closure.
Collateral Refund: All collateral fees will be fully refunded to the Indemnitor once the defendant has appeared at all required court dates and the case has been deemed final and closed by the courthouse. If the defendant fails to appear at any required hearing, the collateral will be applied directly to the court to satisfy the bond forfeiture obligation.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. AA Aarons Bail Bonds is licensed and bonded in Virginia with over 22 years of professional experience.
